Citizens left out of the process, secret behind closed door meetings, claims of an open process

Sounds awful familiar.

The problem is they will continue to get away with it as long as we remain quiet.

Remember it is alot easier to to get forgiveness than it is to get permission

Maybe that should be the new state motto
